आरभ्यते नखलु विघ्नभयेन नीचै: |
प्रारभ्य विघ्नविहता विस्मरन्ति मध्या: ||

विघ्ने: पुन: पुनरपि प्रतिहन्यमाना: |
प्रारभ्य चोत्तमजना न परित्यजन्ति ||

Inferior men do not start a work due to fear of obstacles. Medium men start their work, but leave the work whenever they get difficulty. Exceptionally good people start their work, and continue doing working even if there is series of obstacles in their way.

हीन भावना वाले पुरुष बाधाओं के डर की वजह से अपना कम शुरू ही नहीं करते। मध्यम पुरुष अपना काम तो शुरू करते है पर जबभी कोई मुश्केली या बाधाए आती है तब वह काम छोड़ देते है। और असाधारण अच्छे लोग अपने रास्ते में कितनी भी बाधाए आये तो भी अपना काम नहीं छोड़ते है।
