पुस्तकस्था तु याविद्या  परहस्तगतं   च    धनम् |
कार्यकाले समुत्तपन्ने न  सा विद्या न तद् धनम् ||

         
पुस्तक में रखी विद्या तथा दूसरे के हाथ में गया धन
ये दोनों ही ज़रूरत के समय हमारे किसी भी काम नहीं आया करते |

and the money gone in the hands of others,
