लज्जावान् पूज्यते लोकैर्बुधैराद्रियते सदा
हिताहितानभिज्ञस्तु निर्लजः पशुभिः समः
लज्जावान मनुष्य संसारमे पूजा जाता है एवं विद्वानो से आदर पाता है किन्तु हित तथा अहित को नहि जानने वाला निर्लेप प्राणि पशु के समान है.

The loyal person is worshiped in the world and is respected by the scholars, but the person who does not know the interests and the harm is like the animal.
