मध्विव मन्यते बालो यावत् पापं न पच्यते।
यदा च पच्यते पापं दु:खं चाथ निगच्छति।।

As long as a sin is not mature (does not get ripe) so long an ignorant person considers it sweet like honey; but when the sin ripens he has to suffer it's consiquences. (has to suffer the misery, resulting from it).

जब तक पाप संपूर्ण रूप से फलित नही होता, तब तक वह पाप कर्म मधुर लगता है। परन्तु पूर्णत: फलित होने के पश्चात् मनुष्य को उसके कटु परिणाम सहन करने ही पडते हैं।
